Dorm housing includes double occupancy suite with linen supply and shared bath, campus parking permit and meals. Single rooms with shared bath are also available for an additional fee. The food is not like any dorm food you may remember. You are guaranteed a variety of choices from the fresh salads and sandwich bars to the frozen yogurt dessert bar. Dorm rooms are air-conditioned. The dorm is three stories high and has an elevator. Please make note of any special needs when you register.
Registration deadline is June 15. The workshop fee includes the workshop strand, double room with linen supply, campus parking permit, meals, and workshop T-shirt.
Single rooms are available for an additional charge of $100.
Those living within commuting distance or who wish to stay in a near-by motel may attend the workshop without room or meals for $375.
Spouse/friend accompanying participant is $300 for room and meals.
Graduate and PDU/CTE Credits
COMM505 Reading and Conference is an optional one hour ($95), two hour ($190) or three hour ($285) graduate credit course available for each of the three workshops. Each requires an additional project beyond the week to earn the credit.
College credit must be paid separately to SOU when registering on Monday. There are 30 hours of professional development credits available. Check with your district to be sure you can use them.

We have a limited number of tickets for a reduced rate of $75 each. If you are interested please indicate on the registration form. We will bill you separately for the tickets unless you let us know when you register that your school/district will pay for these for you. Please note that tickets will not be held until payment is received.
